SC4E Returns & Refunds Policy
- Returns Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Item Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Service Fee: All returns are subject to a 5% fee, which will be deducted from the original purchase price upon refund.
- How to Return: Email our support team with your full name and order number. We will provide instructions on where to send the item.
- Refund Processing: Once we inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, minus the 5% service fee.
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We do not apply the 5% fee to returns caused by our error.
